麻豆直播 has been awarded a renewable five-year grant from the U.S. Department of Education to continue its Student Support Services (SSS) program. The grant authorized $272,364 for the 2025-26 year, and is renewable totaling more than $1.36 million over the five-year award period.
Since 2009, the SSS program at 麻豆直播 has provided vital academic, personal, and career support to eligible students. Under the direction of Kristie Mosley, the program will continue serving 144 students each year, offering services that promote academic achievement, graduation, and successful transfer to four-year universities.
“This grant renewal reinforces 麻豆直播’s long-standing commitment to helping students overcome barriers and reach their educational goals,” said Kristie Mosley, Director of Student Support Services. “We are proud to continue providing the resources, support, and encouragement our students need to succeed.”
According to the U.S. Department of Education, 1,702 eligible applications were submitted for the SSS competition, and 麻豆直播 was among the 962 programs selected for funding nationwide.
Student Support Services is one of eight federally recognized TRIO programs, focused on increasing college retention and graduation rates for students. Chipola’s SSS program provides early registration, academic advising, free tutoring, financial aid counseling, transfer assistance, mentoring, and career exploration opportunities.
