Chipola Theatre to Hold Auditions for ‘Our Town’
Â鶹ֱ²¥ Theatre will hold open auditions for its fall production of Thornton Wilder’s classic play, Our Town, on Tuesday, Aug. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Chipola Center for the Arts.
Theatre participants of all experience levels are invited to audition for the production, which will be presented Oct. 2-4.
Set in the fictional small town of Grover’s Corners, Our Town follows the lives of the Webb and Gibbs families through three acts — “Daily Life,” “Love and Marriage” and “Death and Eternity” — exploring everyday life, relationships and the passage of time.
ACT Fund members may begin redeeming tickets Aug. 26. General admission tickets will go on sale Sept. 1 and may be purchased at the Center for the Arts Box Office or online at chipola.edu/boxoffice.
