Accessing Grades and Unofficial Transcripts

Signing On

  2. Type in your User Name (upper right corner of the window).  This is the first part of your college email address. Example:  If your college email address is ju123456@my.chipola.edu, then your college network username is ju123456.
  3. Type in your Password.  This is the password you use when signing onto the college network and email. The default password is the last four of your SSN, two digit brith month, and two digit year. Example: If youe SSN is 123-45-6789 and your birth date is 01/15/2005, then your default password is 67890105.
  4. Click the "Continue" button. 

Checking Grades

  1. Click on the STUDENTS tab.    
  2. In the section of the window entitled 鈥My Grade Report鈥, choose a term from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the 鈥View Final Grade Report鈥 link.
  4. A webpage should open showing all your courses and grades for the term you selected.  Please note:  A final grade of 鈥淲IP鈥 means 鈥淲ork In Progress鈥.  Simply stated, 鈥淲IP鈥 means no grade has been posted yet.

Viewing Unofficial Transcripts

  1. Click on the STUDENTS tab.    
  2. In the section entitled 鈥My Unofficial Transcript鈥, click on the 鈥淰iew Unofficial Transcript鈥 link.
  3. A webpage should open showing all your courses and grades by term.

Request an Official Transcript

Chipola does not accept transcript request by phone or email.

Transcripts can be mailed or picked up as indicated on the request, or electronically sent between Institutions. Please allow 3-5 working days for processing. Grades and transcripts cannot be given out over the phone, e-mailed or faxed.
